STUDIO RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
Nobody’s Watching Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”).

This document is mandatory for review and acceptance when purchasing any package, class, or service provided by the Studio. By attending classes, purchasing memberships, or using any Studio services, you confirm your full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules govern all aspects of interaction between clients and the Studio.
1.2. The Studio reserves the right to modify the Terms without prior notice. The latest version is always available on the website and from the administrator.
1.3. Purchasing any membership, single class, participation in events, or studio rental constitutes full acceptance of these Terms by the client.

2. Liability and Health Condition
2.1. All classes are attended at the client’s own risk.
2.2. The client confirms they have no medical contraindications to physical activity and accepts full responsibility for their health.
2.3. The Studio and its staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal property occurring during the client’s stay at the Studio.
2.4. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The Studio does not reimburse loss or theft.
2.5. In the event of disputes between clients, the Studio may act as a mediator but bears no legal responsibility.

3. Minors
3.1. Individuals under 18 may attend the Studio only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3.2. Parents or guardians bear full responsibility for the health, safety, and behavior of minors.
3.3. The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry to minors without proper consent or supervision.

4. Photo and Video Recording
4.1. Photo and video recording regularly take place on Studio premises during classes and events.
4.2. By attending the Studio, the client automatically consents to being photographed or filmed (including incidental appearance in the background) and to the publication of such materials on the Studio’s official platforms.
4.3. The Studio may use these materials for marketing, advertising, and other promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.
4.4. If a client does not wish to appear in recordings, they must inform the administrator in advance. The Studio cannot guarantee complete exclusion from background footage.
4.5. Complaints regarding photo or video materials after publication will not be accepted.

5. Memberships and Packages
5.1. The Studio offers memberships for 4, 8, 12, or 24 classes valid for 1, 2, or 3 months.
5.2. A membership activates on the date of the first class or automatically 14 days after purchase if not used earlier.
5.3. Membership freezing is allowed for up to 14 days upon prior notice. Retroactive freezes are not granted.
5.4. Class rescheduling must be done no later than 12:00 PM on the day of the class or at least 24 hours in advance.
5.5. Cancellations made after 12:00 PM or no-shows will result in class deduction from the membership.
5.6. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5.7. Membership extensions are granted only at the administration’s discretion.

6. Booking and Attendance
6.1. All visits require prior booking via the website or through a manager.
6.2. Walk-ins without prior booking are not permitted, including for unlimited packages.
6.3. Clients with unlimited packages who arrive without booking may be refused entry; walk-ins are not guaranteed.
6.4. If a client arrives without booking and the class is canceled or full, the Studio bears no responsibility and no compensation will be issued.

7. Schedule Changes and Class Cancellations by the Studio
7.1. The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with at least 6 hours’ notice.
7.2. In case of cancellation or schedule change:
– The client will be automatically moved to the next available class, or
– The credit for the class will be retained for future use.
7.3. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases at the administration’s discretion.

8. Refund and Return Policy
8.1. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances at the Studio’s discretion.
8.2. If a course or package has been paid for and the client requests a refund without valid reason, no refund will be issued.
8.3. Once the minimum number of participants has been reached and the course is confirmed, refunds are not permitted.
8.4. If a course is canceled by the Studio, the payment may be refunded or credited toward future classes.
8.5. Refunds are not provided for unused memberships after their expiration date.

9. Studio Rental
9.1. Rental rates vary depending on time of day and day of the week.
9.2. Music volume is limited to 30% before 6:00 PM on weekdays.
9.3. Renters must comply with all rules regarding use of the premises and equipment.
9.4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
9.5. Renters are liable for any damage to property and must cover repair or replacement costs.

10. Privacy Policy and Marketing
10.1. The Studio collects and stores personal data (name, phone number, email) in accordance with local privacy laws.
10.2. Data is used for communication, class bookings, and notifications.
10.3. Clients may opt-in to receive marketing communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp) by checking the appropriate box.
10.4. Clients may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Events and Parties
11.1. Participation in Studio events implies compliance with the established dress code and conduct rules.
11.2. Some events may include the presence of alcohol; by participating, the client consents to this.
11.3. Photo and video recording at events may occur freely; attendance constitutes consent.

12. VIP and Unlimited Packages
12.1. Holders of VIP or unlimited packages must also book classes in advance.
12.2. Arrival without booking does not guarantee entry.
12.3. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are identical to those for standard packages.

13. Conduct and Discipline
13.1. Aggressive, rude, or disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited.
13.2. The Studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a membership without refund if the client violates these rules.
13.3. The administration may remove a client from the premises in case of misconduct.

Client Confirmation
By signing this document or checking the box online, the client confirms that:
  • They have read and agree to all terms and conditions;
  • They have no medical restrictions to physical activity;
  • They accept full responsibility for their health and behavior;
  • They consent to personal data processing and media recording.
