Participation Agreement – Nobody Is Watching Dance Camp Dubai Heels Edition 2023
 
 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket for Nobody Is Watching Dance Camp Dubai Heels Edition 2023 (“the Convention”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
 

1. General Terms and Conditions
   
   1. The Convention and all related services offered under the concluded agreements will be executed at Warehouse Four located at 4B Street, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Convention premises”) on the 7^th and 8^th day of October 2023.
   2. To become a participant at the Convention, one must purchase services offered by the organizer available https://nobodyswatching.me/events/ for the Convention. 
   3. As a condition of entry to the Convention, participants must have a valid ticket and registration to gain entry to the Convention premises. 
2. Code of Conduct
   
   1. All participants are expected to adhere to a respectful and inclusive environment throughout the Convention.
   2. Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate behavior towards participants, instructors, staff, or attendees will not be tolerated.
   3. Participants are responsible for their actions and interactions during the Convention and should conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Convention.
   4. Nobody Is Watching Dance Studio reserves the right to remove any individual from the Convention premises without refund for violating the code of conduct.
3. Health and Safety
   
   1. Participants must ensure that they are in good health and physically able to engage in dance and physical activities during the Convention.
   2. Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and well-being during the Convention and should follow all instructions provided by the organizers and instructions.
4. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
   
   1. Tickets for the Convention can be purchased through our official website https://nobodyswatching.me 
   2. Each ticket grants access to the full duration of the Convention, which spans two days and includes four classes.
   3. Tickets are not sold for individual choreographers or classes. Attendance at all scheduled classes is expected from participants.
   4. Failure to attend all classes does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund of your ticket.
   5. If you are unable to attend the Convention after purchasing a ticket, you may resell your ticket to another person. In such cases, you must inform us via email at nobodyswatching.ae@gmail.com to update the name associated with the ticket.
   6. The resale of tickets at a price higher than the original purchase is strictly prohibited.
   7. Full refunds for tickets purchases will be offered if requested via email at nobodyswatching.ae@gmail.com before September 1, 2023.
   8. After September 1, 2023, tickets are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.
5. Schedule and Program Changes 
   
   1. Nobody Is Watching Dance Studio reserves the right to modify the Convention schedule, program, or instructors, in part or in whole, without prior notice.
   2. In the event of any chances, every effort will be made to provide suitable replacements or alternatives. 
6. Liability and Indemnity
   
   1. Nobody Is Watching Dance Studio, its organizers, instructors, and associated staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the Convention.
   2. You agree to indemnify and hold Nobody Is Watching Dance Studio harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Convention.
7. Photography and Media
   
   1. By attending the Convention, you grant Nobody Is Watching Dance Studio and its authorized representatives the right to photograph, videotape, and otherwise capture your likeness during the event.
   2. You understand and agree that these images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without any compensation notice. 
8. Governing Law
   
   1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and understand the most current version of the terms and conditions available on our website before purchasing a ticket.
