Twerk classes are a safe space to connect with your body and your femininity! Learn to dance and move your hips, all while having fun in a judgment-free environment. It’s an awesome mix between dancing and fitness, that will make you work out your whole body and particularly your legs and core.

The first part of the lesson will include a warm-up and instruction on various hip gyrations and hydraulic bounce sequences, including booty bouncing, isolation techniques, and tricks. So you’ll figure out how to rotate your hips and be sexy by doing it. During the second half of the class, we will learn twerk combinations or choreography/ routine. This class is so much fun that you’ll forget you’re working out! The class is solely for ladies.
